Hello friends how are you all, I hope all of you had a great day with many of blessings. Here i am also fine and happy and today i am again back to on this wonderful community for publishing my new article for engagement challenge. As you know we already started week 5 and here I am again, well now to answer your questions. And Today i choose to participate on this healthy steem community because it's topics is always my favourite so i wanna start my week through participating on it's contest.


What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?

Well friends, I tell you that in these times we do not eat many things that is a really good for our health, But if i talk about my lifestyle so i loved to eat spices but i know it is not good for our health. After experiencing this i try to maintain my dite. The same is true on some occasions we do it, in my meals I cannot miss any salad, it can be cooked or raw, I also love vegetables, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, beets, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers.

The Fruits help us a lot, the proteins between days we replace them with the Fruits and wheat. I always try to ate any fruit like apples, bananas and other seasonal fruits of my area on my day. At night we drink milk before sleeping because you know a milk is a complete dite. so that's why i drink milk before sleeping and it give me energy when i wake up.


What is your sleep pattern and how can you improve it?

Guys if i truly speaks then i wnt to say that i am not sure with my sleeping time because i sleep late at night and many times i try and make sure tha my bedroom is dark and quiet and at a suitable temperature for sleeping but the light of my mobile and sound are always present with me. I drink tea after 6 pm because it's become my habit and i don't sleep afterwards. When I am a little sleepy after lunch I try to sleep a long, if I sleep more than planned I wake up with a headache and at bedtime at night I am not sleepy. But Now i try to maintain my sleep and improve it by folymy plans for sleeping.


What are your daily exercises or activities? Need to do more?

I sleep late at night but i get up very early, I dedicate myself to my daily work, I do my exercise routines with my friends, which last one hour. Then coming home, do breakfast. If I have to do any errands, I'll go there. I'm honest with my daily activities it's enough. But sometimes it's not true. I believe that doing our work timely a very good habit and a sign of good manners.

At the morning, after my morning walk i do breakfast with my friend from a very good hotel where we are seri paey and naan with a cup of tea. After doing breakfast i bake to my room and change my dress for going toy job and then i do my duty on my work. After doing this i come back to my room and take a bed rest and sleep.

What do you do to stay mentally fit?

In the morning I pray namaz, it is an excellent way to calm the mind and reduce stress. And i also spend a few minutes a day meditating and practicing mindfulness, which helps me stay fit mentally. But the namaz is a good source of maintaining our mental health. Being a Muslim i always be greatful to my Allah who give us this blessing.

The best way to have good mental health is to not think about so many things. Our overthinking is also a cause of depression and mental stress. Adequate rest is essential to keep a clear and fit mind. I try to get enough sleep each night and also make sure I take regular breaks throughout the day to recharge. There are a lot of methods to maintain our mental health and reduce our stress by doing prayers and namaz.

Hi friend I believe we are what we eat, yes no two ways about it, garbage in garbage out, healthy lifestyle start from the food we eat, we should try and cut down on our Sugar, alcohol and salt intake. Eat more fiber, fruits and vegetables couple with other healthy lifestyle. Success!

Thanks brother for participating in this engagement challenge and I am happy to see your publication which you write with sincerity and told us about your routine and if I talk about your diet then it's good that you have awareness that's spices are not good for our health but it is important to note that you should also have a good and healthy diet chart with you that you can follow in your life if you want to stay healthy as well as they should be no it regularity in sleeping and sleep should be at a proper time and should be of 8 hours at least in your age as well as I am happy with other factors you explain about exercise and mental fitness and you wrote very well I wish you good luck in this engagement challenge and there are a lot of prayers and success for you
