Many habits are practiced by people when they just woke up from sleep, various things and habits are like routines that are always done every day. From doing things that take a little longer, to just taking a little time. Maybe most of us when we wake up first thing in the morning, will shower first as a habit. When bathing, many people will use products to cleanse their bodies, and of course with different functions and benefits.
I personally also do the same thing when cleaning the body while bathing, there are several products that I use to maintain healthy teeth, hair body. This will continue to be repeated every day because the time to clean yourself or take a shower in Indonesia is generally done 2 to 3 times a day.

For me and probably most people too, getting up early is done before sunrise. There is a Spiritual obligation that must be done every morning before dawn, especially Muslims. But after that, I had to get ready to go to my place of work, and the main thing to start with was to take a shower. When I bathe there are some products that I use to maintain the health of my body, ranging from Oral Health and teeth, hair health by using shampoo and skin health, and body using soap.

Oral health: for oral health, I use LISTERINE, the Type I often use is Tartar Control. Listerine can reduce 99% of germs that cause mouth, bad breath, and also the plate that is in the teeth. By using Listerine breath can be fresh and refreshing of course.
Mouth cleansers I use
Dental health: for the health of the teeth, I still believe in Pepsodent toothpaste products. In addition to being used from generation to generation, this toothpaste product can prevent cavities, prevent germs on the teeth, and of course protect the teeth.

Skin and body health: this product that I use to shower in the morning after waking up serves to eliminate germs on the skin and keep the skin healthy and fresh throughout the day. This is not liquid soap but bar soap that is widely used in Indonesia, the soap is LUX brand.

Shampoo for hair: my family and I often use disposable shampoo packaging, in addition to being easy to use because I use one package for one day. The Head & Shoulders trademark shampoo is the type of Bath hair care I use. In addition to making the scalp protected from dandruff, this shampoo also refreshes the hair and scalp.

As far as I have done so far in terms of body hygiene, I take very good care of personal hygiene. Starting from the selection of products for personal health to take a bath, or other products that I use for other things. By staying regular in maintaining my health by bathing regularly when the body has been sweating, I also continue to take care of the skin and body with intake and food that I consider healthy for my consumption.

In meeting the need for hygiene products that I have, we as a family have purchased, stored and provided those products for the next month, and for the next month, we buy back. How much of this product is needed each month varies, but if calculated based on spending. Then need IDR. 400,000 every month for these products I need or the equivalent of 76 Steem every month, and that includes the main ingredients of my and my family's equipment for personal hygiene.

To maintain cleanliness or appearance does vary according to the expectations you want, cleanliness sometimes has nothing to do with appearance, then different expenses of course. If you want to look clean then it does not need a lot of money to make it happen, but if you want to look good in terms of appearance then money is needed. The point is that money can indeed provide advantages for you to maintain your appearance or improve your cleanliness.

You use Listerine mouthwash and Pepsodent toothpaste for your teeth, Lux soap for your skin, and Head & Shoulders shampoo for your hair. It's great that you take care of your hygiene, and you've found affordable ways to buy your products every month. Good hygiene doesn't have to cost a lot🤗💞🌸🌺.
