During the month of Ramadan, people often eat whatever they want and do not care about any type of food and eat everything mixed, sometimes they eat what, sometimes they eat everything in a mixture.

And especially the fried things from the market which are very much liked by the people these days. Most of the things that you should avoid, especially the fried things from the market, if you avoid them then your health will be better.

Talking to a private channel, Gastroenterology and Liver specialist Professor Dr. Zahid Azam gave useful advice regarding Sehr and Iftar, which we are sharing here for our readers.

Dr. Zahid Azam said that to remove the acidity of the stomach, use more fruits in Iftar. Eat watermelon, melon, papaya and garma. They not only clean the stomach and intestines but also have a cooling effect. Due to fiber, the stomach feels full for a long time and the body does not get dehydrated.

Using figs in Suhoor and Iftar is also beneficial to remove acidity. Apart from this, adding water to curd or milk also removes acidity.

Adding lemon to curry improves digestion. Adding four cups of water to one cup of milk and drinking it intermittently also reduces acidity.

Also avoid fried things. Items like samosas, pakodas, besides acidity, also cause sore throat. It is okay to eat them occasionally, but it is not right to eat them daily.
