Say goodbye to medications

Why there is a need to say goodbye to medicines?

The cause of this is the fact that dependence on medications can have such effects that entail probable negative impacts to the health of the consumer these include such matters as side effects of taking certain medications, drug interferences and even growth of drug resistance again, the long term utilization of some medications can hide other medical conditions that require other forms of treatment apart from medication for instance, one may be taking some medication for a certain disease but at the same time, they and moreover, some of medicines can be costly and therefore can impact on the rest of the important and necessary healthcare services.

So by rejecting medications if it is possible, more and more people can turn to the ways of maintaining their health without drugs so it may therefore entail prevention strategies such as diet, exercise, reduction of stress and natural treatment. It also can enable people to take charge of their health and has less need for outside source for their health.

And I will say that it is beneficial to say ‘no’ to medicines when necessary, as this contributes to increased people’s well-being, decreased expenditures, and a shift to a healthier and wiser consumption of drugs.

How can we prevent ourselves from medications?

Avoiding the prescription medications requires the acceptance of a steady healthy lifestyle and regular check-up and secondly, adhering to dietary measures where one takes balanced diet that include a lot of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean meat can reduce on many ailments which would have warranted the use of drugs.

Exercise is also necessary and important for the same reasons as maintaining a healthy weight that ensures the immunity is strong and the body’s condition is great so stress can be managed through practicing meditation or doing other activities that one enjoys so that one does not develop stress related illnesses that will call for medication.

Sleep should be given the required importance and that would mean getting enough of it every night to avoid health complications also visits to the physician and other medical practitioners should be scheduled for a regimen check on the possibility of a health complication developing so that early interventions are undertook rather than having to take the medications and last but not the least; refraining from vices such as smoking, excessive intake of alcohol and substance abuse will reduce the likelihood of the need for medication thus preventing the problem.

It's true that dependence and long time usage of medication may develop other illnesses. You have carefully highlighted the reasons why medication should be avoided while enumerating things we should embrace such as keeping a healthy lifestyle, exercising etc.
