Creating criteria of organ donations is very important so my dear steemians here are some criteria that for me individual can think before giving organs and I will write down here.

First let’s start with the Legal and Ethical Compliance the Organ donation process should fully comply with the Legal regulations and Ethical standards defined by the governing authorities, medical institutions, Government agencies and many of them so donors need to ensure that, whether the recipient is legally eligible for an organ receiving, and the process of organ donation is adhered to the defined procedures.

Informed Consent: Donors must be legally capable of providing informed consent for the donation of their organ and for the steps needed in the evaluation, preparation, and transplant processes and this requires that they be given all the information necessary to make a decision about whether to donate, including information about the risks, benefits, and alternatives to transplantation, so all the information necessary to make a decision about whether donation is suitable for them, again all the information necessary to understand what will be done in performing such a procedure if they decide to donate.

Medical Evaluation: Consenting donors should be evaluated medically so as not to compromise their existing health by undergoing donation their compatibility, suitability and other risks pertaining to donation have to be assessed by the medical professionals.

Non-Coercion: Again donors under no circumstances must be coerced, pressured or influenced to donate their organs and the choice to donate should be entirely voluntary and not influenced by factors that make the donor's autonomy and well being compromised.

Transparency and Accountability: Organ donation process must be transparent and all transactions, agreements, and processes related to donation must be documented which is very much important and there should be mechanisms to ensure accountability of the organ donation and transplantation process to monitor and regulate it with integrity, fairness for all concerned.

So engaging in illegal organ donation practices means being part of a dark and depraved machinery that preys on the vulnerable, feeds criminal networks and makes its profit out of the misfortune of others and to me is very bad so by working within ethical boundaries and encouraging legal organ donation we can keep compassion, honesty, integrity and respect for human dignity at the forefront while striving to improve people’s lives because the health and well being of both donor and recipient must be ensured so as to prevent harm through organ trafficking.
