My favorite summer fruit is pineapple and watermelon So let’s go into the briefing of its beneficial impacts to our health of these tropical treasures.

Moving on to the first fruit that is pineapple, this sweet and sour fruit has many health benefits that one needs to consider. Another important nutrient recommended in pineapples include Vitamin C known to enhance the immune system, skin health as well as enhance the absorption of iron. An individual pineapple contains more than the required vitamin C for a day; hence, pineapple is healthy for everyone.

Apart from vitamin C, pineapple is composed of manganese which is a mineral that has functions help in the formation of bones, metabolism and acting as an antioxidant. Manganese plays an important role in the creation of the connective tissues and bones thus rendering it to be so important to the body.

Also, bromelain which is a mixture of enzymes found in pineapple is also well-known among chemist for tis anti-inflammatory value. Medical uses are also attributed to it which includes; Anti-inflammatory effects, enhanced digestion qualifications and lowered chronic disease risks. That is why pineapple is considered to be useful for consumption while following the anti-inflammatory diet.

Next in the list is watermelon, which is a perfect fruit to be had when one is aiming to shed calories as they are juicy, filled with nutrients. It also contains a good amount of Vitamin C and potassium, and one of the its star nutrients is lycopene, an antioxidant that gives watermelon its red color. Lycopene has been credited with many and sundry benefits such as acting as an anticancer compound and a heart-friendly food.

Also, watermelon contains vitamin A necessary for the correct vision and immune system and also for the healthy skin. It is also involved in the growth and development hence why it is essential for the people of all the stages of their lives.

It contains the fatty acid known as citrulline that is found to aids in enhancing performances, preventing muscle cramps, and heart diseases. Citrulline is then changed into arginine and the latter is then transformed into nitric oxide, which has a function in dilation of blood vessels and enhancement of blood circulation.

Concisely, pineapple together with watermelon contain a lot of nutrients that makes such products rather beneficial in regards to the health of a certain individual. Some fruits are healthy foods that should not be missed in ones diet it includes vitamin C in pine apple, lyc opener in water melon and citrulline among others. Hence, the next time you feel that craving of taking fruits that is very sweet and juicy next time you should take the pineapple or watermelon in order to benefit from the nutrients they have.
