What is really best for our body?

To me, water is superior to the sports drink for the some reasons and they are as follows: Water is a natural coolant that carries out all essential functions in the body including transportation of nutrients, control of body temperature and maintaining the proper fluid balance while having no calories in it as compared to the sports drink that contains added sugars and chemicals. Also, water is readily available, inexpensive and available almost anywhere and it helps to prevent constipation, clears out one’s body system, and is good for health in general.

If money were not a problem, which one would you choose and why?

Even if money was not an issue i will still select water because water is critical in the humanity since it performs several functions in the body and it supports functions of digestion, absorption of nutrients as well as elimination. It has the general function of temperature control, and promotes the movement of nutrients and waste products between cells. Hydration enhances the brain’s ability to think, lifted moods and increased energy levels.

It is zero calorie drink and can be effectively used as a tool for achieving weight loss since it increases the level of satiety. It also helps in management of skin by giving it a natural hydration as well as elasticity. In general, water is essential in running human health and therefore just being a source of hydration, water can be a powerful determinant of longevity.

Is water enough for us, or do we need something more?

Let me explain something water is an essential fluid in the body because it serves as a thermostat in that it is involved in thermoregulation, and a delivery van in that it takes nutrients from one place to another. Let me ask but what are we missing in this all important component of health? We need more than just water. Protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and mineral nutrients which are essential to human health should be taken in appropriate balanced proportions in the diet.

These nutrients are important in helping to perform some functions in the body like formation of new tissues, production of energy and the immune system so however, what we eat also has to be accompanied by other factors that include exercising, having enough rest, and being emotionally sound.

Have you ever had water with lemon and salt? If so, what was the reason for doing so?

Yes i have had that so many times since i was little mixing water lemon and salt together is always when im having stomach pains and my mum will mixed it for me and once i take it in some minutes the stomach pain will stop immediately and till now if i feel any pain on my stomach i will just mixed it and take and the pain will stop.

Hello friend, you have shared the great benefit of water, stressing that it is a coolant and most importantly, it doesn't have various chemicals too, it is readily available and less expensive to obtain, all these are crucial and special points.
