What do you understand by balanced diet?

A balanced diet means a nutritious ration which allows absorbing all the necessary nutrients in needed amount to stay healthy and it comprises of foods for instance fruits, veggies, whole grain products, lean meats, and low fractions of fat.

And this kind of dieting assists the body to provide the right balance of vitamins and minerals, carbohydrate, proteins and fats that are so essential in the body also a balanced diet means we prevent overweight, avoid diseases, have energy to undertake activities and proper growth of the body. It is useful to identify the methods of integrating a wide range of high nutritive value foods into an individual’s menu.

Effects of diet on overall health.

The food that one takes is a significant determinant of general well being of a person. Balancing one’s meals is an effective way of reducing the risks of chronic illnesses, boosting immunity, proper organ functioning and good mental state through the intake of vitamins, minerals, lean protein and healthy fats in fruits, vegetables, whole grain foods.

On the other hand, poor diet which include consumption of high and processed foods that is full of sugars as well as unhealthy fats are likely to cause kut, obesity, heart diseases, diabetes as well as many other diseases. People’s decisions regarding the food they eat and their feeding patterns affect their energy levels, moods, cognitive abilities, and life expectancy hence enhancing feeding habits will in the process enhance the quality of lives people lead.

For me i do prefer fruits, vegetables, whole grain, lean meats and healthy fats because this diet supplies the body with the nutrients, vitamins and minerals, which are really important for different body activities and it helps maintain a healthy weight, prevents the occurrence of chronic diseases such as heart diseases and diabetes as well as increases energy.

As you all know a balance is achieved by including many various foods, so providing the body with a wide range of nutrients; the exclusion of processed foods and other unhealthy additives such as sugars and fats further helps in keeping one healthy in the long run.

Any diet suggestion on your experience that makes healthy.

To my own suggestion the bad foods to avoid are added sugars, refined grains and processed foods, if at all they have to be consumed then they should be consumed in moderation then again dink water and do not consume soda, pop or any other carbonated soft drink, or any other beverages that contain high amounts of sugar.

Take physical exercise into the treatment and management of diseases for general health , nevertheless, the key and the main purpose is moderation and moderation only if you wants to stay on the healthy side for a longer time.
