Greetings dear friends. Hope everyone is very well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah. Alhamdulillah, today I am fine too. Today I am here to participate in the Healthy Steem contest and their challenge for this week 5 is *How can alcohol cause damage to your health! I am very willing to participate in this contest and share my article with you all. So without delay let's start.

Usually when we see a person who drinks alcohol and then has no control over himself, behaves abnormally, is speechless and physically and mentally weak, we call him a full alcoholic.First of all I want to say that alcohol is harmful to our health which never brings welfare rather it creates chaos in our families and creates distance in relationships. Moderate drinking causes a temporary change in our brain's thinking that makes us feel calmer, and that's why people drink alcohol.
Identifying an alcoholic is not a difficult task for us. We can easily identify them if we talk to them or notice their activities Because alcoholics are always relaxed, their activities are never right and normal Their life journey, conduct is not normal and their mood changes. Of course, the consequences of alcohol addicts will be worse, if they cannot leave it.

Yes, I must think that alcohol is a drug that causes addiction to excessive drinking and the consequences are dire.After alcohol enters our body, it gradually slows down all the activities of our brain, causing our body's internal nerve system to weaken. Due to our excess alcohol consumption, the brain becomes completely under control and since then he is constantly excited to take alcohol. Drinking excess alcohol increases our health, which can lead to the loss of our liver as well as any kind of accident. So we can certainly say that what makes us uncontrollable is a drug, like alcohol.

Yes, alcoholism can be considered a disease.Alcohol has now become a very popular drink that people in the society are drinking freely. People are drinking alcohol uncontrollably in celebration or failure in life which we need to control and eradicate.
One of the reasons why we become addicted to drinking alcohol is various pressures that come from our family, work or other sources. So we must be stress free and for this increase communication with our family and share problems so that they can help from side.
Besides, we are currently drinking alcohol thinking of reducing our suffering in order to achieve success in life or fail at prom. This is a big mistake in our life rather we should love ourselves and value our life. Making good friends who don't put us in danger but get us out of danger. That is why those who are addicted to such drugs should refrain from them.
Also we notice that many people get addicted to alcohol at a young age which ruins their future. In this case our Guardian should take care of their child and monitor their regular activities And those who are already addicted should contact an alcoholism support professional who can provide them with the right services.
And the most important thing is to create willpower in ourselves and to read religious books and worship God which will surely keep us away from all kinds of intoxicants like drinking alcohol.

Of course, every drinker can become an alcoholic because he can easily become addicted to it even if it is a hobby. Because addiction doesn't listen to anyone and so even if you drink occasionally as a hobby, it will create a habit that will eventually turn into an alcoholic.
We all know that alcohol makes people's brains deranged and out of control due to which they cannot live without alcohol for a moment and their behavior is always abnormal. And so even if we drink alcohol as a hobby, it will be seen that our brain is affected at some point and we have become addicted at some point. So we should stay away from it as much as possible and keep others away.

I completely agree with you that excessive drinking has a negative impact on a person's physical abilities. His mind is not under his control. A drunk person loses control over his mind. What he is saying, why he is saying it, he does not remember anything and later he is left with nothing except regret and perhaps he does not even regret. Because he thinks so much. They do not have the strength to do so. The only thing that comes to their mind is to collect enough money so that they can get liquor.

It is a disease because it either affect us directly by destroying out organs or indirectly by its effect that can also lead to accident. We have say yes to zero alcoholism or moderation is the key word. Thanks for sharing
I've actually learnt something integral in this post and it's that of the loss of one's liver if taken excessively. It's no doubt true that alcohol can affect our health when taken excessively but it's also useful to our health too that some doctors even give us prescription on some alcoholic drinks to ease stomach ache. One thing we need to know bis that alcohol isn't bad. It's the way it is used that makes it bad. Wishing you best of luck in this challenge and looking forward to reading more of your posts

Itu memang pernyataan yang sangat baik, karena alkohol akan menjadi candu apabila kita mengkonsumsinya sehingga mengakibatkan saraf yang di otak kita rusak.
Akan tetapi banyak juga alkohol yang bisa di manfaatkan selain untuk diminum, seperti digunaka dalam parfum, maka itu bagus.

You made a valid point here as a means to render help to people who have found themselves victims to alcoholism. There’s need for a psychological therapy and also they can seek for medical help like detoxification to help their body recover. Drinking alcohol is one of the bad habits of people. Under no circumstances should mediocrity be advocated. People initially drink it as a hobby but later it becomes a habit. Which has a severe impact on individual life and social and even family life. Madhyapan is also a cause of various cancers. All of us should avoid mediocrity like you.
