Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W1 - "Happiness is the highest form of health."
Welcome, friends. I was a little out of steemit. Again, my private life has given me many thoughts, difficulties, and experiences, from which, as usual, I try to derive the best possible lessons for the future.
This fits perfectly with the topic I am writing about right now. Lucky. Happiness can be called many things. For each person, without a doubt, it is different.
For me, happiness in life is the harmony of the spirit with the body and a positive approach to life. My family also makes me happy. My daughter and my wife are everything to me. We know that sometimes there are quarrels, even sometimes very big quarrels, but with true love, you will always come to an agreement.
Of course, I can't help but mention sports too. Sport is a great way to feel happy. You can even try walking, later running, gym. Then so many things are produced in the human body that there is no option not to be happy. All you have to do is motivate yourself.
I believe that every person can be happy. It all depends on what you experienced in your youth. What a childhood he had and so forth. Life experiences are of great importance to a person's happiness. But it's all workable. It all depends on the human psyche. If a person, even after great and terrible life transitions, will be able to find a positive attitude to life, then over time everything begins to work out.
We also need to let that happiness into our lives. If we are angry and depressed every day, if we feel sorry for the world around us, then we will never open this door to happiness. The past can be painful, but you have to forgive yourself.
Happiness helps a lot in everyday life. There is a saying, "In a healthy body, a healthy spirit." When we are happy, our perception of the world changes. Our brain produces other chemicals. Everything changes at the end of such a challenge. Try to think positively every day for 7 days. Even if something terrible happens in your life.
After 7 days, the brain gets used to this positive state and it stays that way. See for yourself.

Para la mayoría de las personas nos hace feliz ver bien a nuestra familia. Tu esposa y tu hija te hacen feliz, el hacer deporte te hace feliz, la felicidad depende de nosotros si queremos serlo pondremos de nuestra parte.
