Fruits are healthy foods that are rich in various vitamins which keep our body in good health. When fruits are consumed continuously, they help reduce the risk of many life related health conditions.

Nutritional Benefits of my most Favourite Summer fruit.

My Favourite Fruits are:-
1.Garden Egg
2.Tigernuts

GARDEN EGG:

Garden Egg is a good source of Vitamin B's such as niacin, B 6, thiamin and pantothenic acid that helps the body in the proper use of fat and protein. Also it contributes positively to the nervous system.

Garden Egg is good source of Vitamin C,A,K and E that contain Iron, Potassium, Magnesium which can help protect the cells from damage. Those with kidney stones are cautioned to avoid (Garden Eggs) because of its acidity in the mitigation of constipation and various gastrointestinal issues such as bloating and flatulence.

Garden Egg are among the healthiest fruits you can eat in piles. Much eating of it increases sperm count as they are filled with protein because it protects the sperm from damaging free radicals and improve motility.

NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS OF GARDEN EGG

1.It improves Vision (Sights):- Yes, that's what makes garden egg my favourite fruit because it helps in vision based on its pleasantly bitter taste and this is due to the presence of small amounts of nicotinoid alkaloids.

When Reading my books and writing, i like to have garden egg by my side because its spongy consistency help to protect from poor vision caused by glaucoma as well as improving overall vision.

2.It helps during pregnancy:- Given the fact that the baby is taking much of the useful nutrients for himself, woman often suffer from the lack of individual components in their body. So eating garden egg can be an excellent solution to such situations because it is packed with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients which make it an essential part of the daily ration of every pregnant woman.

3.It prevents liver disorder and helps to control sugar level:- Garden Egg helps protect the liver from certain toxins, thereby making it a remedy for liver issues. It also controls sugar level thereby making it a great dietary option for diabetic patients.

4.It fights cancer:- Garden Egg have anti-cancer effects because of the anthocyanins and chlorogenic acid that are contained in it, it helps protect cells from damage caused by free radicals.

5.It helps in weight reduction:- The compounds in garden eggs do not only increase satiety, they also reduce appetite. It also helps to reduce calorie intake by making a person feel fuller for longer.
