What is heartburn?

Heart burn is a sensation of burning in the chest that can be caused by smoke or some food we eat like fatty and spicy foods, chocolate, tomatoes etc.. the frequent symptoms of heart burn is a feeling of warmth, heat or chest and throat burning.
Some causes of Heartburn
•Stress is one of the cause of heartburn. If one can free self from stress he or she can not have heartburn.
•Smoking is also one of the causes. Stop smoking and stop being in the environment where people smoke.
•Do not sleep immediately after a meal because it is bad and it can cause your heart to burn.
•Stop eating or drinking certain food or drinks like tomatoes, coffee, chocolate, alcohol, fried food, spicy and fatty foods etc.
Prevention of heart burn
•Stop eating carbonated beverages like soda
•Stay away from fried, spicy or fatty foods
•Wear loose fitting clothing
•Stop lying flat right after eating
•Reduce stress:- when it is time to rest you have to observe it so as not to cause heart burn.
•Quit smoking:- smoke is not good for your heart because it affects your health.
•Do take lemon water:- lemon water helps to wash your system
•Do take watery foods:- yes it helps to reduce heart burn
•Sleep on your left side:- my family doctor said, sleeping on the left side will help reduce the pain when it comes.
•Eating fiber rich foods and do not overfeed.
In conclusion, heartburn is treatable. in case, you can manage it by making some diet adjust lifestyle by keeping some antacids handy for use.
