🌞 How long do you stay in contact with the sun?

Everybody's skin are not the same but often sun vulnerability is the most natural way to get much vitamin D. Just to keep a certain state position healthy, blood levels which I do three times in a week about 5-15 minutes of blood levels and that is from 7:45am and noon to make a difference because the earlier I get it , the better it will work

🌞 Do you use sunscreen daily?

No... because I love my skin being natural due to my environment. But using sunscreen on a daily basis is not bad which have seen my uncle use is absolutely necessary to shield the skin cells from damage. It is very necessary for those who spend much time in our doors job. My uncle use it on a daily basis just to avoid burn and itching on he's skin.

What is sunscreen?
Sunscreen is a cream spread on the skin, which contains a chemical to filter out ultraviolet light and so protect from sunburn.

🌞Do you know how many times you should apply sunscreen in a day?

I think is a choice due to individual exposure to sun and sunscreen to dry skin should be applied 10-15 minutes before going outdoor and it will wear off after just some hours. I have seen my uncle apply sunscreen and it was very effective on he's skin. He applied it from the ears, feet, back of the neck and the top of he's four head.

🌞Do you know what the protection levels mean and which one do you use daily?

The Uv radiation damages the skin which some people know about but some don't know and because of Uv radiation, it can cause sunburn, itching and even skin cancer and no sunscreen can fully prevent Uv radiation 100%.

The best way to protect our skin from this sunscreen is for us to use or wear what will cover ur skin and not exposed it to sun why because some of the ingredients use for the production of this sunscreen are chemicals and all this chemicals are not good for our body due to much sweating and all our body have pus in the hair follicles.

It is better to be natural than having stickiness, skin irritation because some of the ingredients are being absorbed into the body which will make our skin look funny.

People using sunscreen do shun running because they worry that it will make them feel hot and outward redness that do occur on the skin. Sunscreen it self doesn't lighten the skin, but it helps protect further darkening and damage that want to destroys your skin through the sun rays.

I think we should use sunscreen at least once a day.
If we choose sunscreen according to our skin type then it gives a good effect on our skin.🙂
