What do you understand by balanced diet?

A balanced diet has its essential character of a noticeable unlike type of food which gives what is desired, sufficient amount of the nutrients necessary for our good health.

A balanced diet is a capable food proportion of minerals like vegetables, fruits, protein and grains etc that provide our body with essential nutrients.

Effects of diet on overall health?

One important thing we can do for ourselves and our body is to eat a balanced diet and know that a diet without the right proportion of minerals, vitamins, other essential nutrients and most desirable possible calories for our body's make up is not a good diet.

Overall health diet is a diet that makes better well being, most desirable with possible growth and development which protects against all forms of malnutrition. When a diet is unhealthy, it leads to risks of different diseases such as cancer, diabetes etc.

What diet do you prefer for your health care?and why?

There are plenty of them but I prefer natural and home remedies to choose from and animal sources like:
Meat: are rich in protein which provides us with iron, vitamin B12 in the diet.

Fish: it helps to reduce the risk of having heart attack and it is packed with protein, vitamins that can lower blood pressure.

Milk: it plays an important role in bone and with all the vitamins and minerals in it helps in development and maintenance of the body bone.

Also from fruits and vegetables like:
Sweet potatoes: it enhances brain function because of its high potassium content, that's why I do eat it once in a week.

Bananas: I love it so much same with my daughter because it is good for digestion and heart health and prevents constipation.

Carrots: They are very costly here in my area but I do eat it just once in two weeks because it helps keep blood sugar levels under control and strengthens bones.

Any diet suggestion on your experience that makes healthy?
Suggestions of diet is of choice because what others like very well same will some people hate that's why I said is of choice but my suggestions are:

1.Eat much fruits and vegetables because of their nutrition vitamins and minerals to build your body.

2.Do not skip breakfast in the morning because it sustains energy levels for the day.
