●What is really best for our body?

To my own personal opinion the both are good in our body, but in terms of being hydrated, water is the best it has many benefits in humans' bodies, and here are the reasons why I said water is the best.because it regulates our body temperature, flushes out waste from our body, it helps in food digestion, and also boosts energy, etc . In terms of sports drinks, it is only meant to improve in exercise, but drinking it often may cost side effects of which there's no side effects when drinking water often. It can increase the danger of husky and equally the vascular system in the body. It's also ameliorate somatic performance and increases the duration of time that a competitor can perform before getting tired.

●If money were not a problem, which one would you choose and why?

Like I said from the beginning, water is the best because there's no side effects when drinking it often even in terms of the prices, water is more affordable than sports drinks. Even if there's enough funds, i we still choose water over sports drinks. The benefits of water and usage are massive. The sports drinks that we are talking about were produced by water that's to show how valuable water is in our body.

●Is water enough for us, or do we need something more?

Water is 95% enough for us but we need 5% of sports drinks to make it 100% to be completed. Sports drinks have something to contribute when it comes to vigorous exercise that might last for hours, so with the combination of water and sports drinks, it will help to balance the energy boosting when exercise.

●Have you ever had water with lemon and salt? If so, what was the reason for doing so?

Well, i haven't done it before, but I've seen someone who always makes use of this particular remedy every morning, but according to his explanations, he said that it helps in different functions in the body which cover from energy expenditure level, natural defenses moisturization, stabilise blood volume and improve your mental clarity.
