WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY MENTAL PEACE?

Mental peace it is a state of inner calmness or placid, also a freedom from worry and fear, that doesn't mean you don't have challengees and issues to solve with, but you are able to approach them in a cool and understandable way. Even there's some parts in the scripture that lectures about mental peace, it says do not be anxious about anything but in every situation by praying and petitioning with thanksgiving, presenting your request to God.

DESCRIBE THE EFFECT OF ACHIEVING MENTAL PEACE ON A BODY?

It has several positive effects on the body. It reduces stress, which means practising mindfulness and meditation.
It contributes to a sense of inner strength and confidence and also uplifts energy levels. Talking about increasing energy levels ,it is the system of providing an adequate amount of physical and mental energy, which runs out daily routine, and it can be achieved through proper nutrition and exercise.

TELL US ABOUT THE WAYS THROUGH WHICH HELP TO GET MENTAL PEACE?

These are the ways through which you can get mental peace:
(1)practising regular exercise and mindfulness techniques, it can also create a major impact on your mental health and promote your inner peace.
(2)Access nature: like having a picnic in a local park, 0r spend time observing your garden and animals.

(3)Engaged with exercise: It helps to keep you out of worries, mostly when you choose your favourite sport that gives you joy, it can help ur mental health.

Paz mental es salud física, y para ejercitarse hay que estar bien físicamente, y esto ejercicio contribuye a acallar la mente con tanto pensamiento innecesario.
