💧 what do you understand by means of bone health?
Bone health is a public health issue with a focus on prevention and early involvement to promote strong bones and prevent fractures and their consequences. It plays a different role in the body, such as protecting organs,anchoring muscles, and plenty of calcium. There are some natural ways that i preferred to keep my bone healthy, which is by exercising regularly,involving yourself in jogging 🏃♂️, and also withdrawing from smoking and too much consumption of alcohol.
💧 what are the key factors and tips in mentaince of bone health? There are :
i) Vitamin D : it helps the body to ingest calcium.
ii) Consuming enough protein: it helps to protect bone health during ageing and weight loss.
iii) Eating high calcium food: Calcium is the major mineral for bone health
iv) Consuming enough of vegetables.
vii) consumption of food that is rich in magnesium and zinc.
💧 tell us about the food which helps to keep bone health?
Here is the food that always keeps your bones stronger :
i) EGG🥚: eggs consumption can associate with a lower risk of fracture
and osteoporosis.
ii) COLLARD GREEN: This contains a better amount of VITAMIN K, which therefore increases mineral density.
iii) GINGER 🫚: it serves as the natural ways to reduce the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis.
iv) Beans 🫘: protein is important for bone, that's why you need to eat beans to enable you to get enough protein.
v) VEGETABLE: eating vegetables like okra,cabbages, can equally increase your bone density.
Inclusion try to avoid substance abuse, reduce your limit in Consuming of alcohol and smoke 🚬 it's not really good for human health.
