It's a common physical discomfort occurring anywhere on the spine or back , ranging from mild to disabling.

        THE CAUSES OF BACK PAIN.

  1. ligament strain or muscle atrophy - it's one of the most common causes due to lifting hefty objects, or poor carriage can lead to chronic back pain.

  2. Arthritis- these an inflammation of joints causing pain and stiffness that can worsen with age.

  3. Poor posture - incorrect posture while standing or sitting in a curved position is a leading cause of back pain. Kyphosis increases
    on the spine and leads to strained muscles as they try to maintain balance.

THESE ARE THE GENERAL SUGGESTIONS TO HELP MANAGE AND ALLEVIATE BACK PAIN.

  • Avoid sitting with poor posture - make sure you sit well, try and keep your back straight, and your fit flat on the ground. Practising good posture will help you prevent discomfort such as muscle, neck, and back pain.

  • Quiet smoking - Smoking increases your risk for osteoporosis,a bone density disease that can lead to back pain.

  • Stretch daily - Daily stretching reduces pain and tension in the body and better mental clarity.

  • maintain a moderate weight - just avoid fast weight loss and cycling between gaining and losing weight.

  • Stay moisten - staying hydrated can help reduce the lower back pain by maintaining those discs full of liquid so that they can cushions your spine through all the types of movement we put our bodies through and by preventing the muscle around your spine from an increase in lactic acid which can cause inflammation.

  • Walk exercise - it is an exercise that can help to maintain a healthy weight and keep pressure off your back .

  • Eat a well-balanced diet - eating a balanced diet, the right amount and variety of vitamins and nutrients can reduce back problems by nourishing the bones muscles discs (dominance,influence ,steadiness and compliance) and other structure in the spine.

Dont forget to always contact you, doctor, to dictate the primary cause of your back pain and evolve proper treatment plan adapt to your certain demand.
