Before I continue to expand on this topic, I would like to first enlighten my readers in the meaning of depression and anger.
Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of loss of interest and sadness While Anger is a string feeling of annoyance, displeasure or hostility.

What is different between depression and anger

There is a clear difference between depression and anger from the definition, depression may only be mere sadness but anger supercede sadness, it encompasses annoyance.

What lead us to depression?

Psychologically speaking depression can be triggered by sober reflection and loneliness, but generally humans do have several activities that spores them into depression; for instance on a long sunny day, due to the heat, someone going out to get something would have that downtrodden feeling that would eventually lead into depression. For some people, upsetting life events, anger, hunger, disappointment, poverty, and so on helps to trigger depression.
Anger for instance, some people are usually slow to react to anger issue but have a hot temper usually after they are hurt, they try everything within their grasp to control themselves after then they are disappointed with themselves have some sober reflection and eventually they are bored and depressed.

How do we Cope With Anger and Depression?

Quite a lot of people find it hard to cope with depression and anger. First of all to cope with anger one has to learn to let go of offenses, always be calm, and learn to sort things out, also when annoyed one should try to be reasonable and learn to forgive and forget this goes a long way in coping with anger.
Coping with depression; depression here almost having a big difference, one can cope with depression by trying not to do what makes he or she depressed and also learn to seek out the support of others.

HOW DO WE CONQUER DEPRESSION AND ANGER

To conquer anger one has to always bear in mind that we are all humans and no one is perfect and so offences may come, but just as the scriptures says that trials may come but we have to overcome, we should see anger as trials and not yield to it, we should learn to control our anger and our temper in general we should have self-control; as this goes a long way in helping us control our self.
For depression, to conquer depression, one should be able to note his or her mood changes and when it depressed try doing what you like doing best, it helps aid the brain to remove it attention from the cause of depression and also bring joy that overwhelms the sadness.
By adhering to this method one can conquer depression and anger but also it shouldn't end with just the knowledge of conquering them one should be be able to with hold himself from falling into depression and anger therefore let's talk bout the treatment of depression and anger.

What are the Treatment for Anger and Depression

Let's start with depression here, I would like to list out some steps;

  1. To cure depression, it is advised for one to avoid prolonged thinking that saddens the heart; this is because if those thinking continue eventually one would be really depressed.
  2. It is also advised that one should make friends and also have a social life, friends that cheer up them so as to lift them up when they are down.
  3. Know what makes you happy, and when it seems like you are getting depressed or your lonely you can start doing such things.
  4. Avoid being too lonely except when you have some personal issues to settle.

Anger also have a way of making people do what in their real state of mind won't do to treat anger we should note the following steps.

  1. While making friends we should take note of their character and not only friends people who we relate with, know what they do that hurt you, tell them the attitude they put on that you don't like or your not comfortable with, so that they would know what hurts you and avoid it.
  2. Master the act of self control and temperance; this goes a long way in treating anger, by quenching it.

@ekemini01 I enjoyed reading from you. Your write up is very expository, self explained. It is true that when is alone, different thought would be going through in your and if you're not careful to stop it can leads to depression. So avoid being alone but socialize. Best of luck in the contest.
