👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?
Aging: Is a natural thing in human's life and we cannot get rid of aging it is a continuous changes as Time Goes On in the life of every human aging is a process that even start before a person is been born, it is a continuous process and the time is the aging process.
Aging is the process of getting old and the process of being aging are as follow
• Social Aging: this has to do with as aging is taking place, your social life life also develop, your interaction with people also change and even your mood of dressing will also change.
• biological aging: this has to do with your person personal life, they way your handle your personal life will definitely change too.
• psychological aging: this refers to the level in which your a person reasons also changes, e.g the way you study people, animals and everything around you also change.
👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are you afraid from getting over?
This question is veryy funny, i really laugh the laugh of my life when I see this question.
How can I be afraid of aging, it is something that I know that it is natural and so long I cannot stop time from rotating so also I cannot stop my time of aging. Aging comes with so much knowledge and wisdom. In as much a person is growing, there are positive changes in a person's life.
If a person don't want aging it means that person will stay in a stagnance position position andfor the rest of his or her life and as humans, one thing is certain about us, we always love going higher and higher in everyday of our life and this can only be possible with aging.
Challenges of aging include:
• difficulty in participating in everyday activities: when aging gets to a certain stage, a person cannot longer participate in his/her routine activities as a result of the aging that leads to loss of strength and energy.
• Financial challenge: when a person grows to a certain age, if he/she is a civil servant, the person will definitely retire and the rate at which is entering will not longer be as the time that the person is in active servicee and if a person is a business man or a farmer, in as much aging reach a certain time, that person can not long achieve the same quantity of his/her achievement.
Aging is a process of getting old and cannot be get rid off.
👩 Write three nutritional items that can preventing aging?
Vegetable it is low in calories and it is good for the body system
Tomatoes: this is very nutritious for the body system and can prevent someone aging on time
Sweet potatoes: it is a very nutritious, good for the body system and it also serve as Vitamin A in the body.
👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?
exercise keeps the strong, health and makes the body Active. It also keep the skin shining and youthful. Exercise regulates our body shape.
The three types of exercise that can make you look younger even in old age
Dumbebbel Renegade Row: this is achieve by pushing up and holding the dumbbell in each of your hand and continue to take the dumbbell to the ground making sure to return to the ground before performing another push up and also allowing our body to be free and flexible
Riding bike: this is achieved by riding any bike of your choice making sure to hold handle of the bike properly and putting legs that will continue righting the bike.
Body weight split squats: this is achieve by place one leg ahead of the other leg and the other leg behind.

Es muy cierto el hecho de que aún hasta antes de hacer ya sabemos que vamos a envejecer bueno eso si logramos llegar hasta allí.
Y que bueno que no tengas miedo a la vejes porque de verdad es una etapa bonita de la vida cuando se ha sabido vivir.
Comer sano cómo verduras y andar en bicicleta es algo que me encanta así que creo llegaré a buena vejes.
