What are heat rash and their causes?

Heat rash is a common rash on our skin that occurs as a result of exposing the body to unusually hot weather.

Heat rash is usually found in babies

Heat rash also occurs in adults as a result of hot weather that usually generates sweat in our bodies which leads to rash.

In my experience, heat rash usually attacks people who live in areas where the weather is hot.

In some cases, heat rash occurs as a result of robbing ash creams because there are creams that after robbing will make a person sweat and the sweat can lead to heat rash.

Heat rash can be so scratchy and it also irritates our skin.

• heat rash can be caused by hot weather, most people who stay in a hot environment are people who complain most about heat rash.

• heat rash can be caused by using hash cream, some creams are very harsh to our body, and immediately after rubbing them will make a person keep sweating, the cream leads to sweat and the sweat leads to heat rash. This is also called the cream reaction.

What kind of treatment you can gove to a person suffering with heat rash?

For the treatment of heat rash, the following medicines are recommended.

medicated powder
benzodiazepines etc

However, in my understanding of heat rash, it doesn't have any special treatment rather than a person with heat rash should always stay away from hot weather which is to say, a person with heat rash should always stay in a shady environment and also hydrate.

Can heat rash severity make you bed ridden?

Not really, heat rash is a minor rash on the skin as a result of exposing the body to unusual hot weather that leads to sweat and the sweat leads to rash.

But in case the rash lasts for a long period (more than expected) and the person is experiencing itching or irritating skin, the person is advised to see his/her doctor.
