Healthy food also serves as medicine to our body system because it can sustain our good health and good as we all know is wealth. That is to say, there is nothing in this life that can be compared to good health. Good health can make a person live happily and also have freedom of movement with confidence.

Healthy food also maintains our skin, especially vegetables, fruits, etc people who eat good food their skin is always fresh and glowing, most of those people don't always bother themselves with the issue of robbing cream simply because they already know the secret of what is making their skin fresh.

Good food also serves as an antigen in our body that helps to fight different types of diseases in our body.

Healthy food helps Children to look very healthy, chubby, and flexible, healthy food also helps children to grow well, and it also helps regulate their nervous system toward positive behavior.

Since health is wealth, there is a need for people to try their best to keep eating good food.

Some people always complain that it is only the rich people who can afford to eat healthier food, I disagree with that, some people will be the ones who will cut vegetables and fruit from their homes and take them to the market for sale and will still be complaining that they cannot afford healthy food.
