I greet the house o,una well done. Normally we all know that health is wealth and we must be conscious of what we eat and drink as they go directly to our blood stream causing good or bad. We should all endeavor to practice a healthy living lifestyle even if it's eating an apple a day.

Have you ever heard this saying before? What do you think it means?

Though this is my first time hearing of it, and having made research on it,I have come to realize the usefulness and importance of eating an apple a day. As humans,we know that apples are good for consumptions but this contest have opened my eyes more to know the real benefits of eating apples.

So in a clear terms, eating an apple a day keeps the doctor away simply means that eating at least one apple a day helps in fighting diseases which in turn reduces our chances of going to the hospital to see a doctor.

Do you think eating an apple every day Can really keep the doctor away?Why or why not?

The benefits of eating an apple everyday are too numerous to mention. In my own opinion, eating an apple every day helps the body system fight so many diseases that tend to make us visit the doctor.

To start with, Apple's contains vitamin c which acts as an antioxidant to neutralize harmful compounds known as free radicals and also protect against diseases. Apples are are rich in nutrients and the also offer numerous benefits for diseases Prevention and Long-term health.

What are some other healthy habbits or foods that you think can help us stay healthy?

Aside apples being healthy, there are other healthy habits and foods that can help humans stay healthy.

Below is a list of habbits and foods that helps us stay healthy.👇

    Exercise: 

exercise is the surest way to stay healthy as when we exercise, our blood circulation increases thereby reducing our chances of getting sick. This is why most of our footballers live longer than expected. It can also help in the treatment of depression.

   Do not smoke or use tobacco..  

Smoking is not a good habbit and as such should not be encouraged. Smoking causes heart diseases and lung cancer.

   Eating a balanced diet

Another way of staying healthy without frequenting the hospital is by eating a balanced diet. A food that contains all the six classes of food is a gateway to better living and must be made a routine.

What are some health benefits of eating Apples?

   Cancer prevention..

Eating an apple every day have been proven to be good in the prevention of cancer as it contains phytonutrients that protect against cancer of the lungs and colon.

   Boosts heart health.

The presence of fibre, vitamin C,and antioxidants is a prove that apples are good for the heart as vitamin C is necessary for proper immune functions.

  Improves mental health.

Eating apples every day have the tendency to improve our mental health as a 2020 systematic review shows that consuming fruits and vegetables may have a positive impact on a person's mental health.

If you were to create your own saying about a different fruit or vegetable, what would it be and why?

This is the part that excites me the most,if am to create a saying about a fruit, below is what I would say 👇

"A bad day eating fruit is better than a good day eating anything else"

I am saying this in respect of Bananas..we all know how bananas are essentiall to human health and am ending with this quote,
