Health Matters; Self-care.

How do you prioritize self-care in your daily routine?
I give a quality attention to my body system, loving yourself is same as taking good care of yourself. I prioritise Self-care by waking early to do some exercises in my room after prayers. Self-care is a care given to yourself to be able to be balanced both physically, socially, mentally and also spiritually, yes! Spiritually.
There are things you do to your body system that would make you feel very relaxing and okay in which your inner spiritual will make you feel at ease with yourself but if you carelessly keep yourself anyhow, you will never feel okay mentally, physical and others .
What activities help you relax and calm yourself down when you feel stressed?
Outdoor recreational activities are the best and recommended activities that helps to feel relaxed and calmed down when I feel so stressed. I wake up early to do some exercises in my room before getting ready for work and on weekends I go to the field to give a quality time for excerces. So, doing these released me from being stressed out and sometimes, I take a walk down my street and come back home if which at that point I will be sweating then I take my bath to feel normal.
Why is self-care important for maintaining overall well-being?
Look, creating moments with people around to talk with them is Self-care. Now, it is important because it helps our well-being, not relating with people is never healthy, not running some exercises is not healthy and having enough time to take a good sleep is also not healthy and we need all of these to be able to pave out stressed burden off our heads because it harms when we don't observe Self-care.
How do you make sure you take time for yourself in the midst of your busy schedule?
Time table is very important when it comes to dealing with our health, nomatter our busy schedules we must learn to be time managers and then creating time for your rest, time for a quality sleep and also meeting friends to clear off work stress. If you are a time manager, everything will fall in right places at the right time but if we don't plan our schedules then there is problem and we will end up being confused and more stressed.
What self-care practices do you think are most beneficial for your mental health?
The number one out of them all is sleep. Having a quality sleep is very important because a sleepless life is a life that is ready to go soon. Some people don't sleep at night, they stay awake at night to be able to meet up schedules but is that really making sense?
Stop killing yourself and make a strict time table for yourself nomatter the busy schedules. Watching movies helps to clear off stress too, going for excerces morning or evening will do alot of good to our health too. Success everyone!
