What is healthy eating for you?
Healthy eating simply means an act of healthy consumption i.e, consuming what is very good to the health and not what is killing the body system. Healthy eating has to do with the intake of clean foods items and also having the full knowledge or idea of the classes of food would go a very long way in helping an individual to understand the concept of healthy eating. Some people consume anything they see which is not right, eating some kinds of foods adds problems to our health instead.
How much fruit and vegetables do you eat?
I am a lover of fruits. The reason is because I am from a part of the world where things are abit hard so getting foods to eat in a particular season is a nothing but what is expected is a follow up.
Following up means knowing what to take inorder to balance the meal very fast. Balanced meals are meals that contains almost all the classes of foods in which will do alot to the body.
After eating any type of food at all, It is expected that fruits should be a follow up and from the above tray, shows my love for vegetables, I really love to take fruits especially watermelon and when I don't have enough money then I do take alot of water to ease digestion.
How to take care of yourself not to ingest too much sugar and salt
My simple way of taking good care of myself not to ingest too much sugar is by taking fruits as far as that fruits is an eatable fruit, I consume it whenever I see it because that is one of the way it helps, fruits has some gastric nutrients that helps to quicken digestion.
Eating foods like carbohydrates everyday is killing because you will begin to have alot of sugar in the body system which can be a serious case to the body. Most packaged foods has a higher salt rate to the body and that is why it is advisable to parboil before cooking properly.
Do you eat junk food very often?
I eat junks foods but not at all times, junk foods are really not too good for the body, most junks contain fats and sugar in them so, consuming them too much is never advisable. Infact, children loves to eat junks because it excited them because of the presence of sugar but honestly, junks is to be eaten for once in a while.

Una alimentación saludable es aquella que lleva todas las vitaminas y nutrientes necesarios para el buen funcionamiento de nuestro cuerpo, comer sano es alimentarnos con comidas balanceadas, que tengan proteínas, vegetales, verduras, frutas, legumbres, etc, todo esto es necesario que lo tengamos incluido en nuestra dieta diaria y la de nuestra familia.
La comida chatarra es una de las más perjudiciales para nuestra salud, a muchos nos gustan, yo lo que trato es de hacerlas en casa y así estoy segura de lo que como y de la calidad de los ingredientes que lleva.
