Hello Steemians, happy weekend As we all are aware that today is weekend, most of us will be home all through to have a little rest from the weekdays work. This afternoon my little brother came to meet me where I was resting and said he was hungry I asked what he will like to eat and he said noodles i gave him go ahead to prepare it since he knows how to cook.....
1. Noodle
2. peppers
3. onions
4. groundnut oil/any cooking oil
5. Seasoning
pepper and onions use to cook it
- Cut or grate your pepper and keep aside
- Cut or grate your onions and keep aside
- put a put on the fire and add you cooking oil
- add you pepper and onions when the oil is hot
- Add you seasoning and stir it well
- Add a little water, cover it and allow it to boil for some seconds
- Add your noodles, stir it well and cover it
- Allow the water to dry off and guess what!! Your yummy, delicious noodles is ready!!!
Noodles has a lot of nutrients, it reach in fiber, has carbohydrate and has a little protein. It is very high in fiber that was why it advisable to add pepper onions and oil when cooking it
