Contest : Share Effective Tips to Boost Your Immune System.

I appreciate @suboohi for organising such interesting contest for the community. I'm an advocate of healthy living and I would love to share my buy on basic effective tips to boost our immune system. These is what I put together thus;

Stay Hydrated

This is very crucial because water is a therapy which dissolves lots if mixtures in our body, it aids in digestion while removing excess waste fluids through excretion and sweating. A glass of water every morning at waking up does good as medicine.

Regulated Sugar Consumption

The rate of diabetes is on the toll! Even young adults and children alike, make it a point of duty to avoid much intake if sugar ranging from starch to carbohydrate products in your body. Dread sugar judiciously to avoid diabetes which can damage the body system.

Fruit Therapy

I always make it a point of duty to have a "fruit bathe" ranging from assorted fruits in a big bowl, consuming fruits puts the body under suitable condition to produce strong immunity while providing basic nutrients for a healthy body. As we all know an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Exercise Routine

Exercise opens up the body capillaries, arteries and veins loading to great circulation of blood. Exercise burns down fat too causing an optimum healthy system. Try taking like jogging, work out sessions more often than not to be able to make your lungs more free for respiration and proper ventilation in the body tissues.

Meditation & Yoga Sessions

Mediation aids mental health and provides room for great thinking with high success rate in decision making. It's so important to know that your sessions are the best and would stretch out muscles while healing cramps.

Veggie Consumption

The Importance of vegetables is so immense as it gives room for us to have minerals and various nourishing nutrients we would not have any other place. It gives us the right amount of vitality building our immunity against diseases.

Prevent Fatty Food

Fatty food causes high risk of cholesterol which could block the blood capillaries, arteries and veins preventing proper blood circulation to and from the heart causing complications such as stroke, high blood pressure, heart attack, just to mention but a few.
