- Hypertension is a medical disease where the disease in which our blood pressure increases and due to the increase in blood pressure we can become heart patients and many more such as affecting the mind and our blood. The pressure is opposite to our arteries and is quite high, therefore our blood pressure is quite high.
Blood pressure is typically measured in millimeters of mercury (mmHg) and it is recorded as two number systolic and diastolic
systolic pressure : the pressure when the heart beats
diastolic pressure : the pressure when the heart rests between beats
- (The Norma Blood pressure Value is 120/80 mmHg)
Yes i Know all the Symptoms Of hypertension because Im Medical Student so It's also important for everyone to understand about symptoms because it's also known As Silent Killer
Here are few Symptoms I mentioned Below 👇.
- Headaches
- Dizziness
- Shortness of breath
- Nosebleeds
- Flushing
- Chest pain
- Visual changes

Yes, Unfortunately it can also lead to Various other health problem Some Main problem I'm goin to mention below.
Heart disease : Hypertension can lead to the hardening and narrowing of the artries which increases the risk of heart attack plus heart failure and other cardiovascular disease.
Stroke : High blood pressure maybe damage the blood vesels in the brain and it can increase the risk of stroke.
Loss of vision : Hypertension can also damage blood vessels in eye so damage of blood vessels in eye can cause loss of vision.
Kidney Damage : Hypertension can damage the blood vessels in the kidneys also so its leading to kidney failure or maybe another kidney disease.
- There are also many other problems that is related to Hypertension but I mentioned the Main three Disease.

- If exercise will exist in our daily routine then it can help To balance Our blood pressure if blood pressure will okay then everything will be okay in our vessels.
- Also we should balance our diet a healthy lifestyle need Balance diet and Blanace diet will also help To maintain healthy heart and a healthy health can balance our blood pressure.
