The answer to this question would determine based on age, because the required amount of hours for sleeping to provide a good health for adults isn't the same requirements for age groups. The required amount of hours for sleeping to provide a good health for kids isn't the same as adults.
The amount of hours for adults to spend on sleeping to provide a good health would be from 7 to 9 hours per night.
The amount of hours for sleeping to provide a good health for age groups let assume from 3 to 5 years of age would be 10 to 13 hours per night including naps.
The amount of hours to spend on sleeping to provide a good health for the age group of 13 to 18 years of age would be 8 to 10 hours per 24 hours.
By following this guide and give yourself a reasonable rest in sleeping, you would actually benefited and feel good no matter what anxiety come across.

Lack of sleeping can actually cause a negative impact on humans brain. And it can also causes anxiety on our system, sometimes making you to be on depression mood.
Without giving yourself enough sleep, you are definitely growing a sickness on your symptoms which can actually lead to another big sickness sometimes causing problem on a mental and physical health.
I have experience this severally because sometimes different activities always causes sleepless to me. When this happens I always experience paining and headache the following day. Sometime I actually feel deeply sleeping while on important meeting. This sometimes lead to the extent of failing to involve in some important daily activities due to sleepless.
Student must avoid this, you have to sleep early and wake up early so that you can be active throughout the day. A lot of students didn't value sleeping, imagine students of senior secondary school chatting on facebook from 06:00pm to 01:00am. You're actually playing with your future. You need to be serious.

Too much sleeping has effect on immune system, mental health, heart health and sometimes lead to a decease like chronic decease.
Sleeping too much sometimes can lead to stroke, making you to suffer for a long rule.
A lazy spirit causes excessive sleeping which is actually lead to a serious sickness. Hence it's good to kill the spirit of laziness in our body to avoid falling to sickness.
Conclusion
It's always good to do whatever we can to make sure we're on a good health. Eating a good foods and drinks enough water contribute a lot to our health. Sleeping is very important, but excess sleeping lead to sickness. Human organic is just like our vehicle, we need to do whatever requirements to make sure it's well ok for driving and making movements.
