This is Afifa Noor from Pakistan , and I a thrilled to share my first participation in The Healthy Steem community Contest Healthy food weekly contest season3// show us the chef in you organized by @mesola.

Today, I'm sharing a healthy food recipe that I prepared a few days ago by combining green beans with potatoes and chicken. I'll include all the ingredients used and the cooking method in this post, with complete details.

Healthy Green Beans with Potato & Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg green beans
  • 1/2 kg potatoes
  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 green chilies
  • Spices (red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin seeds)

Here's a simple recipe for green beans:

Process

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and sauté onions until light brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until they're soft.

5 . Add spices and cook for 2 minutes.
6 . Add green beans and potatoes, mix well, and cook for
25 minutes or until done.

7 . Garnish with black pepper powder, chopped green coriander, and serve hot.
