It is another beautiful week here on the platform. Personal hygiene is one word I take seriously when it is mentioned. In fact, each time it is mentioned, I listen attentively to know if there are new updates on that and how best we can improve ourselves. At least, reading other people's entries would help us learn more. This is my entry...
My daily routine is almost instant or varies slightly in some cases where needed. My first point of call is my mouthwash. I quickly have my mouth properly washed and rinsed for the day. And what amazes me about the routine is that my kids have already joined me in it. We jointly now do it while preparing them for school. Everyone picks up their toothbrush, adds paste to it, and brushes out all leftovers or debris.
Immediately we got that done, I got them bathed and also did mine immediately instead of waiting whengottas back from the school run. This enables me to prepare for the day. One thing I've observed about having an early morning shower is that it rejuvenates and refreshes you with a type of strength we did less expect.
The application of rollon or deodorant is another side of personal hygiene that keeps us dry and smelling fine all the sweat days. We cannot afford to shy away from this especially those from this continent with high sun intensity where we experience heat.
In a cap, I also ensure I sweep and mop the floor every morning but sometimes skip moping when I'm behind schedule. This is to ensure the kid's foremost contact with the ground is always kept clean. This has enough health implications and should be taken seriously.
My hygiene is taken care of with some of the lists of activities I do for this purpose. I have over time maintained a standard personal hygiene. Starting from mouth hygiene to body upkeep where bathing is carried out, and pubic hairs shaved when due are some immediate concerns to checkmate.
Others like keeping our immediate environment tidy to avoid unnecessary fungi and bacteria buildup is another effort that suggests I am on top of my game in checking my hygiene.

It costs little to maintain a relatively standard hygiene. This is my personal opinion anyway. When we checked some of the listed items above, we could see that the price of these items and their duration are sometimes worth it.
When we divide the price by the number of months or days it lasted before exhaustion, we can see that it is cheaper to save up for another before it finishes.
We do not need to spend all our savings before we make or maintain a good hygiene standard. We can always start from where we are. There's always something at our level. We don't need to aspire more than our present status.
In conclusion, personal hygiene is everyone's business. We all have intentional about our hygiene and I think every woman understands this. This is my take on this and I'm inviting @hisgeneral and @eveetim to join the contest.

Thank you for finding value in my post, personal hygiene is what we all have to live up to for a healthy life style. This can also be achieved with huge or little expenditure with a healthy feeding which is another factor which helps our hygiene from the inside
