During the summer period we are expected to stay hydrated at all times. Hydration is simply defined as the process of drinking a lot of plenty which helps to keep to body temperature in 36°c or 37°c. During summer, the human body temperature rises from it normal temperature to 39°c — 41°c. Nice to hear that you consume milkshake and fruit drinks to maintain hydration. After exercising we usually loss water and salt in our body. Hydration helps the body to relax and ease digestion. Well done @huraira50, it was nice reading your article, I noticed that you highlighted facts on the importance of hydration.
