Back pain as we all know is a unbearable pain which occurs at the spine region. Humans across the globe suffer from this condition. And the condition can either be acute or chronic, the causes of back pain are bad posture, fracture, stress, lack of exercise and muscle strain.
We can treat back pain by maintaining a good posture because it will help keep the bones in good condition, we can also do this by massaging the body and performing exercise which can help the back bone stay safe, because vertebrate can't survive without their back bone.
