I am extremely glad to participate in this week's contest schedule and I will do all can to participate actively,least I forget to greet my fellow colleagues on the platform, greetings colleagues and have a nice day.

What makes someone a health professional?

The main thing in this world that makes any individual at all to become a health professional regardless of he's or her family background is if such a person attends a medical University and is been issued a certificate that qualifies him or her to be called a health professional this certificate can either be an MD,MDCN and also other certificate that can be attained by an individual in to make him or her a legalized health professional.

Name 5 different types of health professionals and explain what they do.

The five health professionals in my list is

1. Medical doctors

2. Ophthalmologist

3. Surgeon

4. Cardiologists

5. Laboratory scientist

• The medical doctor is a health practitioner/health professional the is trained and practices medicine, which main duty is to restor good health to patients through the process of studying, prognosing,diagnosing and and also giving treatment to patients with the diagnosed disease, injury and also other mental and physical issues.

• Moving to an Ophthalmologist. An Ophthalmologist is a health professionals that is specifically trained to treat and also study the diseases of the eye, there also deal with the eye visibility they also help individuals who has poor eye sight by prescription of drugs needed to be taken by those patients and can equally provide glass that can help to aid the eye's visibility.

• A Surgeon is also one of the medical practitioners that are specialized in the treating and the evaluation of conditions that may require the act of surgery to take place there also carry the act of the artificial changing of the human in external and sometimes internal body system. This surgeons also diagnose or treat injuries and diseases. When this surgeons are about to proceed with an operation process, they usually carry other doctors and also nurses in the process of the operation in other to make sure that they them the surgeons perform a successful surgery.

• A cardiologist is a medical practitioner/physician who is is specially trained to treat and carry out surgeries on the the cardiovascular system which is [ the heart ] and blood vessels

• A Laboratory scientist is known as medical physician that is trained to perform diagnostic testing of the human blood and the body fluids in a Laboratory, the carry out this tests to know the particular diseased that is affecting the patient to enable the medical Doctor know the next step to take to see the such a patient returns to he's or her normal state of health.

Do you have any favourite health professionals? Why?

My favorite health professionals are the Laboratory scientists and the Surgeons.

The reason behind my choice of this health professionals is because there perform and play a unique role among all other health professionals.

The surgeon carries out the surgical procedures to injured patients there also proceed with surgical process of artificial surgery to patients in other to get them healthy before death comes in my written words above, you get to know that I said that, when ever the surgeons want to proceed with a surgery on a patient there always take with them other doctors to ensure that the patient life is in safe hands and also for a smooth and successful surgery.

As for the Laboratory scientist, I like them because they are specifically trained for the testing of blood to know be able to diagnose the kind of illness that is distorting the Heath of the patient, after that act of testing the blood there know report back to the medical doctors with the diagnosed results in other to make the way for the medical doctor to know the next procidure of treatment to be given to the diagnosed patient.

I will pick the Laboratory scientist because there carry out test and gives it to the medical doctor in other to make the next process of treatment to be proceeded on the patient immediately.
