I hope you are safe and healthy. So today I thought of coming to you with a very beautiful post.

So guys, today I am talking about on home remedies for health treatments.

So guys, Bad conditions are caused by diseases for our health. So these diseases can be classified into three categories based on their severity.
01) Illnesses of non-serious condition
02) Middle illness
03) Very serious diseases.

Treatment of the above-mentioned third type of serious diseases at home is risky. Such a patient should be treated by well-trained doctors. Also, I believe that it is very appropriate for people with various allergies to receive treatment on the advice of doctors.

Also, I think that there is no problem with the treatment that can be done at home for the patients in the first group and the second group mentioned above, that is, patients who are not suffering from serious illnesses. In other words, we don't know when the disease will strike us. There are times when you don't have the money to spend, so I think it's important for everyone to have some understanding of home remedies.

Sometimes when there are accidents, in order to save the patient's life until he is taken to a hospital, it is mandatory that we have some knowledge about the treatment that should be done at home.

It is our normal practice to seek medical advice when we are afflicted with an illness. But when the symptoms are felt, before it improves, the disease is controlled by hand medicine and often the disease itself is cured. As a result, We can save money and time, since it is made from natural ingredients, there are no side effects, and a little treatment in the early stage of the disease can help you recover and prevent the disease from progressing.

Below are some treatments that we can do at home for diseases.

To fever
Take coriander leaves and boil them with sugar and drink them.

If phlegm is high
Boil coriander, thippili, pepper, pavatta leaves and add sugar and drink.

If there is limb joint pain with reflexes
Add sugar to drink after boiling vinivelgata, heing aranta, iguru coriander, and sugar.

So I am also a person who gives priority to the treatments that can be done at home. I try local medicines first for the diseases that occur frequently.

Usually, when indigestion occurs, it is eaten with lime, pepper powder, and salt powder. After that, after half an hour, the disease gets better.

Similarly, when acne occurs on the face, raw turmeric is mixed with lime juice and white cinnamon powder and applied on the face. If applied twice a week, acne on the face will be cured.

Also, when there is phlegm, usually lime leaves and apple leaves are boiled in boiling water. Then phlegm improves.

So my opinion is that if you don't get better by trying simple home remedies first, it is better to seek medical treatment because then you will save time and money. If you are pregnant, you have some allergies and don't have proper knowledge about hand meds, I think it is risky to try hand meds at home.
