So let's see what this back pain means. Actually, back pain is pain that usually occurs in the lower back, pelvis or buttocks.

Nowadays, many people suffer from this back pain. According to a recent survey, it has been found that the reason why many people suffer from this disease is the wrong posture they maintain. So in addition to this, many other things cause this back pain.

So, the most common examples are bending the back and neck for a long time while using the computer in the office and bending the neck for a long time while using the mobile phone. So this is a wrong habit that many people follow.

By following this wrong posture for most of the day and getting used to it for a long time, the muscles around the neck and spine are strained causing pain.

But if the muscle strain is not treated properly, changes in the spinal ligaments can cause changes in the position of the spinal bones. Then the nerves of the spinal cord passing through the spinal cord are compressed and diseases such as sciatica occur. Then due to nerve compression, pain and numbness in hands and feet appear.

So I am suffering a lot because of this disease. I also had this back pain since I started going to the office. But I started treating it soon. At that time, the doctors said that I was also suffering from sciatica. But I started treatment again soon. I was able to recover quickly.

Therefore, in order to avoid such situations, attention should be paid to sitting in the correct postures while using computers and mobile phones. Also, do not stay in one position for too long and change it. Then you can prevent muscle fatigue and the possibility of them getting pulled.

So in addition to this, in such a case, according to the western system, physiotherapy treatment and injections are used to treat the disease. So many people pay more attention to these. But many people do not pay attention to the side effects that may occur due to such surgeries. Even if the pain is treated, there is an increased chance of suffering from some adverse side effects.

But there are traditional local medical treatments to cure this condition. According to those treatments, the bones that have undergone local changes can be restored to their normal state by using some special oils without surgery. By means of that treatment method, the changes in the bone position are returned to normal within a period of about three hours.

After the treatment, the person can walk again, resume his normal activities without difficulty, etc. from that moment.

However, we should pay more attention to sitting in the right postures and using mindfulness to engage in our daily activities. Nowadays, school-aged children and young people are among the people who suffer from back pain. Therefore, such people should pay more attention in this regard.

Back pain is a common problem that can be caused by a variety of things.

Poor posture or sitting too long in one position.

lifting heavy objects,

weight gain,

Having a sedentary lifestyle.

arthritis,

osteoporosis,

scoliosis.

So, did you know before that there are four types of back pain:

1) Acute pain is sudden and severe and lasts for a short time.

2) Subacute pain is similar to acute pain but lasts longer.

3) Chronic pain is continuous, persistent and long-lasting.

4) Neuropathic or nerve-related back pain is caused by spinal nerves, inflammation or injury.

So our house is like a kind of hospital because it is really lucky that we can prepare medicines at home to cure many diseases.

So let's see what are the home remedies for this back pain.

  1. Using ice is a great way to reduce inflammation and swelling in your back. Ice can also help relieve pain and provide temporary relief. Ice should be applied for 20 minutes three times a day.

  2. Applying heat to the affected area is another way to reduce pain and swelling. Heat also helps relax muscles that may be causing pain. Heat should be applied three times a day for 20 minutes a day.

  3. Topical pain relievers: Creams or ointments applied directly to the skin are pain relievers. These products help reduce pain and inflammation.

  4. Over-the-counter pain relievers such as ibuprofen and acetaminophen can help reduce pain and inflammation.

So in addition to this, the way to treat pain varies from patient to patient depending on the condition of the patient. Let's see how to treat each condition.

Treatment for acute and chronic low back pain: Epidural steroid injections are given by a doctor and can be used to treat acute or chronic low back pain. The injections work by reducing the inflammation and swelling of the nerves in and around the spinal cord, thereby providing relief from any nerve irritation that may be causing back pain.

The disadvantage of this type of injection is that it carries a high risk of infection, so it should only be used if other treatments have not successfully eliminated the symptoms of lower back pain.

Treatments for low back pain: Medications used in these treatments are usually non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or muscle relaxants.

Related to the spine Surgery: This type of surgery is used to remove bone spurs in the spine, fix a ruptured disc, or remove a herniated disc that is causing back pain. Surgery can also be used for other conditions such as stenosis, scoliosis and kyphosis.

So this back pain surgery is done under general anesthesia and takes about an hour to complete. During this time, the surgeon removes the damaged vertebrae or discs that are causing the pain. The patient may also undergo spinal fusion surgery, in which two or more vertebrae are combined with bone grafts to strengthen the spine against future injury.

There are also some misconceptions about back surgery recovery time. It is important to know that recovery time is different for each person. It all depends on the type of surgery, your age and your general health.

Minimally invasive surgery usually has a faster recovery time than open surgery.

So I think the best thing we should do at this time is find out what is the cause of our back pain, because then the best thing we should do is to remove that cause from our lives if there is a possibility to eliminate it. Or should be referred for treatment.

So if your back pain is caused by an injury, the best way to heal it is to treat the injury itself rather than focusing on reducing the symptoms.

Moreover, try different types of massage techniques to help relieve back pain and tension.

Additionally, make sure your spine stays aligned and avoid movements that could cause further damage or irritation to your spine.

Many people get relief from back pain by using relaxation techniques like meditation or deep breathing exercises. So you can try that too. I was advised to follow this method by the doctor who treated me. I am really happy to say that this method helped me. Felt very relaxed.

Another remedy is to take a warm bath or shower to help relax the back muscles
