Hello friends,
Now I am going to talk about those common mistakes which make us ill. Our body is like machine and our stomach is its engine, without engine machine cannot survive, so why we do so that make our engine worst.

1.Eating Too Fast; first and very important point is, we always eat very fast. We have 32 teeth and every teeth have right to bite whatever we eat, so we should bite at least 30 times. I am telling you my personal story, in June 2018 when i got ill badly just because of digestive problem and I consulted many doctors but nothing worked for me. Then my mom suggested me you should sit on floor and bite till, unless food become liquid. Then I started it and seriously I got result next day in my stool.

  1. No knowledge about how to drinking water;Drinking of water in right way, prevent us so many disease like bones problem, if you have bones problem or disease related to bones you must first change your way of drinking water.
    You never drink water while standing posture or sleeping posture. You should sit first any place and then drink water in slow

Sitting one place for a long time period; It is very necessary to know sitting a long period becomes very dangerous health cause. first we skip morning exercise, give just half an hour time to your health morning and charge all day to do best. You should avoid sitting one place for long time, take a break every one hour duration that time take deep breath and walk as possible to do.

But eating a variety of foods first one important thing, it insures that our nutrient requirements are being met, so we can say good bye to vitamin supplements and second thing is that, variety of foods reduce the chance developing harmful food intolerance that can destroy our digestion system.

5.Eating too much or too little; if you eating too little, your body switches to its preservation mode, meaning it will try to conserve energy as much as possible, and eating too much becomes dangerous for our body. So we should keep in average.
