Here are 3 lesser known benefits of resistance training.

So number 1, you probably already know resistance training helps build your muscle mass, but it also increases your bone density.

That means your bones get stronger and firmer and more dense, which is especially important as we age.

Number 2, it's gonna help enhance our posture. So doing compound movements like rows, where we're actually strengthening our back muscles is gonna help us from being hunched over and leaning over by building up the back.
