This is actually the first time I'm seeing such benefits of walking barefoot. I've never known walking barefoot on the grass during winter improves eyesight. Have you tried it before and how does it feel to be connected in such a realm? It's good to know wearing of shoes is integral as well to prevent things from hurting our feet. It's interesting to know that the earth would have been clean if everyone were without shoes to protect their feets. Wishing you best of luck in this challenge
