SEC - S13/W5 | "How can alcohol cause damage to your health!"
I bring to you all a special greeting from this part of the world members of @healthysteem and all you wonderful steemians all over the world, how are you all doing today?
I welcome you all to by blog today, as I am here once again to participate in this interesting challenge.
Just like a blink of an eye we are into the week 5 of the steemit engagement challenge and I will confess that this seasons challenge is my best I have witness since I joined this platform, I have participated in different topics that have increased my engagement in the platform and I am very happy to participate in this wonderful topic for this week.
When can we say that a person is an alcoholic
A person can be considered an alcoholic when he drinks to the extent of not knowing what he is doing, in a sense that he can't control himself and anything that he is doing at that time because he is drunk.
We are humans and we know what is good for our health and is not, it's not a bad thing to drink alcohol but when you over drink it it becomes bad because you will start doing things that are not good.
Yesterday when I was coming back from a birthday party that I attended, I saw a very young boy swimming inside a dirty water and when I ask what is wrong with him that said he was drunk that he drinks too much, he is an alcoholic and that is how he always behaves sometimes he dances without and music playing 😅 you can see how serious it was which is every bad, such person can be considered an alcoholic and is a perfect example of how alcoholic people behaves.
People who easily get drunk when drinking are considered as an alcoholic, a person can be considered as an alcoholic when they drink to the extent of them no knowing what they are doing, like a man in man in my street that was shouting and making noise in our area and everyone came out to see the cause of the noise, he started saying funny things and people started laughing he didn't even know what he is saying when I went close to him I smelled alcohol all over his body and that was when I knew that he was drunk.
We can also say that some one is an alcoholic when the person spend most of his time and money drinking alcohol, some people use half of their monthly earnings to buy alcohol such people can be considered alcoholic.
Do you think alcohol is a drug
Yes some alcohol can be considered as drug because they was a time that I was sick and the doctor prescribe some quantity of alcohol for me to take and when I took it I became well.
But unfortunately people are abusing alcohol today because they take large portion of it into their system which is very bad, they become drunk and start doing things beyond there control and people will start laughing at them. > Not all alcohol are drug in my opinion, because I have seen many drinks that are meant for merriment and celebration.
Can alcoholism be considered a disease, how to control it
Yes alcoholism is considered as a deadly disease for me, because I have witness a situation of people that Lost their life and become very sick due to excess alcohol in their system.
People have become very sick due to too much alcohol in their body, which have make me to believe that alcohol is a disease I have seen people who have lost their life because of alcohol.
Last week some one lost his life in a gastly accident, because he was drunk.
He went to drink and left very late at night, he entered the road with his vehicle and was in a speed he lest his own lane and entered into another lane.
He went ahead to jam a vehicle because his vehicle didn't have a head light and he was also in a hurry and he didn't know what he was doing, he was quickly rushed to the hospital as he was unconscious at the process he lost his life.
You can see reason with me why alcoholism is not good because you are putting your life at risk, and for me it's a disease that is invited by individual who drink too much alcohol into their system.
So for me alcohol is a disease that is cause by too much drinking of alcohol.
Alcohol causes depression and anxiety which in turn affect our mental health which is very unhealthy and dangerous to those who take too much alcohol into their system.
Is every drinker considered an alcoholic
No for me not all drinker are considered an alcoholic.
Even Jesus Christ tasted alcohol when he was on earth but did he gets drunk NO even the bible says drink to your control.
There's a saying that says drink but don't get drunk, which make me to believe that alcoholism is a choice you decide to be an alcoholic by yourself.
My parents drink alcohol and they aren't alcoholic because they drink what their head can carry so not all drinker are considered alcoholic.

Cuando la bebida no se controla en este caso el alcohol, la persona puede hacerse esclavo de ella arruinando su vida y su salud.
No está mal tomarse unos tragos de vez en cuando el peligro está en hacerlo costumbre y depender de el por completo.
Los borrachos hacen cosas que no harían en su sano juicio. Cómo ese día ejemplo del chico que nombras.

Greetings brother, the negative effects of excessive alcohol use are numerous, that it can contribute to the development or worsening of mental health conditions like depression and anxiety. Which in turn affects the overall well-being of the user who abuses the alcohol substance.

The effect of alcohol makes several of our neurotransmitters in our brain behave strangely by the substance we consume, such as GLUTAMATE and DOPAMINE, making our brain does not work properly and forget events of that time, that's why the next day after the hangover do not remember much or nothing (depending on the amount that has been consumed hahaha).
As well as the example you mentioned of the young man, is a clear example of what I mentioned above hehehehe.

To tell you the truth alcohol has caused more harm than good. It has taken the lives of many people and also rendered some useless to the society. Some people act normal without alcohol, but when they see one, they begin to misbehave and act like uncultured individuals.

Que locura todo lo que las personas para iniciar cuando está mejor aspecto del alcohol así como se niño se le volcanes agua sucia muchos hacen tantas cosas y pues no sé acuerda cómo hacer espectáculo vendo su matar una persona de puedes irte también repetido porque no se pueden están borracho.
Es que la sustancias que usan para estas bebidas son muy parecidas a la de la droga por eso las personas se vuelven adictivas.
