You can only remove the spec from other person eyes when you have removed yours and can see properly. Self-care is not selfish, self-care is putting yourself first and not haven to regret what anyone would say. Self-care is making yourself a sole priority. Self care is putting yourself first. It is important to often care for ourselves to be able to run our lives smoothly daily.

What is the importance of self-care?

Self-care generally is very important for overall well-being, and personally I would say that haven to care for oneself involves the statement "sharpen the saw" which includes, physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It comprises of recognizing self needs and being intentional in achieving it. It is important that we make self-care a priority that can help us in minimizing fatigue, improve resilience, and improve lifestyle standards.

Self-care helps us to controls stress and burnout, it helps us promotes our high self-esteem, and a healthy work-life balance.
When we care for ourselves to helps us to stay recharge and active. Self-care requires us to Involve in healthy activities such as exercise, positive thinking, relaxation, eating healthy.

Self-care is not as hard as people is seeing it to be. Personally, I would say Self care can be as simple as taking 10 minutes each day to do something that nourishes our bodies or minds. It's about making choices that supports our over all well-being.
It's something we have choosen to do and make time for no matter how tight our schedule may be. It is also very important to know that Self-care is an ongoing process, not a one-time event. It does not end as far as we live. when we make self care a priority, we'll be happier and healthier and life in general becomes smooth.

Explain 4 tips to care yourself?

For you to live a that involves yourself and even a more fulfilling life, this 4 tips can help you to care for your self if effectively and genuinely practiced to letter.

  • Firstly, makingi a self-care a priority by setting aside times for yourself, either through relaxation or performing an activities that you enjoy. Every weekend I take my time to rest after a very hectic week days, I don't participate in other activity other than relaxation. Self-love is also self-care.

  • Secondly, taking your physical health more serious by eating healthy balance diet, engaging in exercise and sleep properly. This cannot not only help putting you in good shape, but also chase doctors away. Avoid too much alcohol, avoid smoking, avoid eating everything. Healthy eat is healthy living.

  • Thirdly, promote your mental health by making good use of your brain and heart through positive meditation and mindfulness. Interact with your loved ones frequently and learn to associate with people of like minds and engaging your mind positively. Avoid involving yourself in things that are detrimental to you. Avoid involving yourself in unnecessary talks and people that might put you into a bad mood.

-Fourth, set goals and targets for yourself and strive to meet them at the stipulated time. This cannot only improve your intellectual abilities but the euphoric feelings that comes with fulfilling task also bring relives and boost your self esteem. Don't be pressured to achieve your goals, just take each step at a time but make sure you are achieving your goals gradually.

What do you think regarding the statement,Self-care is selfish?

Personally I disagree with that statement. (Self-care is selfish) because people often give different meaning to self-care as selfishness, but it's actually not what It is. Self-care is about self love, taking care of ourselves so that we can be in our best for ourselves and for others. We take care of ourselves to live longer. If we're weigh out, we won't be able to give our best to our loved ones or our works. You'll should know that self-care is actually the most unselfish thing we can do for ourselves and even others is by taking care of ourselves, and by doing that we're ensuring that we can be there for others in the long run.

The struggle for self-care can't be achieved without putting oneself first above any other things. It is very important to create time for ourselves, it is also very important to promote our personal well-being and focus on our mental, physical and emotional health. The time to sleep and relax, exercise, study, and time for personal development, and every other features and tools for self-care, can be altered or truncated by other people's interference, if you don't set proper boundaries and making yourself a priority by being so selfish about you and what to improve your life.
