INTRODUCTION
A healthy lifestyle is an individual choice. it is about making choices that support your unique physical and emotional needs to promote a long, fulfilling, and vibrant life. Aside from consulting healthcare professionals, you as a person need to develop the habit of living healthily. To live a healthy lifestyle you have to make conscious choices and adopt habits that contribute to vitality. Living a healthy lifestyle shows how concerned you are about your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Mention any homemade drinks you have been taking to maintain healthy bones

KUNU AYA

Its popular milky juice which the Hausas call kunu Aya from research contains Vitamin E and magnesium just like normal dairy milk which is needed for biochemical processes in the human body. The magnesium in it helps to normalize blood pressure, strengthen the bones, and overall good health. According to a study, it has also been stated that the kunu aya is nutritionally better than other non-milk drinks and everybody is advised to consume more of this than soda.

GREEN SMOOTHIE

It improves bone health. it also contains Vitamin D, K, and Calcium because these are nutrients that improve bone health. Smoothies that are rich in nutrients are green vegetables, citrus and other fruits like strawberry banana, grapefruit, pawpaw, pineapples, and guavas are examples of fruits with high vitamins.
Through smoothies intake we easily absorb nutrients. smoothie also helps for easy digestion.

ZOBO DRINK

The Zobo drink is one of my favorite homemade drinks because it contains calcium which is found in large amounts. it helps to strengthen the bone and the teeth and guard against osteoporosis and other bone problems. The Zobo drink helps you manage high blood pressure, relieve menstrual cramps, and acts as an antidepressant.

Fortified Orange juice

when you hear the word fortified orange juice.The first thing that should come to your mind when you hear that name should be that it contains vitamin D and calcium which are essential for bone health. Vitamin D is important because it helps the body absorb calcium efficiently. Calcium plays a role in maintaining strong bones. The reason for the fortification is to make the juice well-rounded and nutritious also providing additional health benefits beyond its natural content of vitamin C and other antioxidants.

Have you ever experienced any bone problems, we would love to know

No, I have never experienced any bone injury and I would never pray to experience such. I have seen people who had bone fractures and other bone problems and I feel pity for them because imagine staying in bed for a month or even more because you can't walk with your leg. The body parts are very fragile and need to be protected with utmost consciousness.

What causes bone pains

The following are what causes bone pain.
1: Infection
2:Cancer
3: Fracture
4: Osteoporosis
5: Arthritis
6: Leukemia

Bone pain usually feels achy, like the pain is coming from deep inside your body.
The bone pain causes so much discomfort to the whole body.
Most of the time, bone pains usually feel deeper, sharper, and more intense than muscle pain.

In conclusion
We should take care of our body more often and be attentive to any symptom. And don't hesitate to visit the hospital for proper check up when there is need to. Anything that has to do with the bone is a very serious issue and should be looked into as soon as possible.
