I've heard say that having sweet breakfast can cause anxiety for the rest of the day. In your case it makes your blood pressure go down, I know what it feels like, is not good. We were created as the same "machine" but every body responds differently.
The good thing is that you understand that what matters is being careful about what we eat that can have much added sugar.
