I hope you all are doing well and enjoying your lifes..today i cooked biryani for my family so i think as i told in my previous posts that i love cooking but my all family members always love the taste of biryani that i make for them so when i make biryani so i thought i should share the recipe with you guys as well so let's get started
So in this post i will share with you the recipe of chicken biryani step by step
STEP 1
First of all i marinate chicken for marination i washed the chicken then put biryani masala, yogurt,red chilli powder,oil,garam masala,salt , squeeze lemon corriander msala ,ginger and garlic paste and then leave it for half and hour
STEP 2
After half an hour i put oil in the utensil then add onions in it and when onions colour turned light brown i put marinated chicken in it
step 3
After adding this i cooked it for 15 to 20 minutes then i add tomato paste and green chillies in it and cooked it for 10 minutes and my garvy was ready
step 4
After this i separately boiled rice and cut ring onion, squeeze lemon juice put yellow colour in it and i make fries and cut mint ..At the end i put all these things and gravy on boiled rice and put them it in on the fire for 15 mints
After 15 minutes my biryani was ready so this is the final look
It's was so tasty
