Assalamualaikum everyone..i hope you all are doing great and enjoying your lifes..Today i am here to take part in contest which is sore throat so,here we go

HOME REMEDIES FOR SORE THROAT

REMEDY NO 1

HONEY

We can use honey a home remedy to treat a sore throat or throat infections because it has anti bacterial and anti viral properties that can treat sore throat and relive the throat pain and cough because it has soothing effects
*Take 1 tea spoon of honey
*Add half tea spoon of cinnamon
*Mix them well and take 1 table spoon before bedtime

REMEDY NO 2

#*OMUM(ajwaen)
Omum is also used to treat sore throat at home because it also has anti bacterial,antiviral antioxidant and antifungal properties ..roast ajwaen and eat it when you feel pain in your throat..or
*Take 2_3 tea spoons or ajwaen in any oil and then heat them and then use this oil to massage on your throat

REMEDY NO 3

#PEPPERMINT
It also jas antioxidant,antiviral and antibacterial activity so,it is also used as a home remedy to treat a sore throat.To overcome the symptoms of aore throat
*Boil few mint leaves in the glass of water
*Use this lukewarm water to gargle

#REMEDY NO 4

BLACK PEPPER

Black pepper can also treat sore throat.because like other it also has anti bacterial activity.Add the black pepper powder on boiled egg and eat it or add black pepper powder in the lukewarm water amd drink it slowly

REMEDY NO 5

GINGER

Ginger is also benificial and helpful to treat throat infections..Add a small pieces of ginger in hot water or milk tea or in green tea it will help and will treat sore throat because it has anti viral activity too

REMEDY NO 6

ASAFOEIDA

Use of asafoetida is the beneficial remedy to treat throat infections instantly
*Add teaspoon of asafoedita
*Then add teaspoon of ginger powder
*Then add 1 table spoon honey mix them well in a glass of water and the drink it .it will treat sore throat
