Assalamoalikum everyone! I hope you all are doing great and enjoying your healthy lifes..so,in this post i am taking part in the contest and the topic of the contest is "heart burning" which i think is a wonderful topic because every other person is suffering from it.so,let's talk about it
What is heart burning?

Heart burning is basically a sensation of burning with in the chest...it is due to the acid reflux..when acid acid contents in your stomach increase due to any reason this acidic contect goes upwards in your eosophagous which is due to not proper functioning of lower esophageal sphichter it does not close properly so then acidic content from your syomach goes back to the esophagous and irritates the mucosa of your aesophagus..if it keeps happening it may also called gerd(gastric esophageal reflux disease) because of this we will that our heart is burning it is because of same nerve supply that supplies the both aesophagus and the heart
#CAUSES
There are many causes which causes heart burn which includes
1.smoking
2.ulcers in your stomach
3.eating spicy food
4.stress
5.infections in your stomach mainly due to h.pylori
6.eating unhealthy food
7.excessive wight gain
8.Alcohol intake
9.pregnancy
10.medications
#PREVENSION
We can prevent this disease by following ways
1.Don't smoke
2.Don't eat spicy food
3.Don't lay down immediately after taking meal do some exercise
4.wear loose clothing
5.reduce body weight
6.take medicines like antacids,ppi's,h2 blockers e.t.c
