Good day to you, I welcome you to my page.
Here I'm going to be discussing about the topic The Science of Aging.
I talk about aging, how it affects our lives, and what to do to reduce/prevent it.
As you go through the write-up, I hope it will be worth your while.
👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?
Aging starts when the cells, tissues, and organs in the body begins to experience marked changes which then affects the functioning of the systems in our bodies.
When aging begins, the cells which are affected most experience the changes the most. They start to get bigger than necessary and not able to divide and/or multiply easily.
The most common things that happens are the pigments and fatty substances (lipids) begin to increase.
The result of it being that these cell lose their ability to function completely or if they ever function, it's abnormally.
The aging process can begin at any age, especially that of an adult. The most common age it starts is 30yrs. But it can also start from 20 years.
👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?
I'm not afraid of becoming older because I believe it is part of the natural order of life.
However, I know that when I get older, there are a lof of things that I once use to do when I was younger that I wouldn't be able to do any longer.
This is a little bit scary and interesting at the same time. It is scary because I won't have the abilities of my youth. So I might be subdued from time to time.
It is also interesting because at some point I would begin to experience myself not doing things that I once used to do. I don't know how it is going to feel.
👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?
Due the fact that when aging begins, it is usually indicating old age or it is outright old age.
So at this point it is important to watch what you take in so as to prevent or reduce aging and keep your self to remain stronger.
At the stage of aging more vitamins, minerals, proteins, and some other nutrients are needed.
3 of these needed nutrients are:
- vitamin B12
- vitamin D
- folate
These set of nutrients alone, once taken regularly can help maintain the body at the point of aging.
👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?
Exercises are very important to our health and general well-being. Whether you are young or you are old or young, it is good to take your exercises seriously.
At a young age, it keeps your body healthy and prevents it from sickness. At an older age, exercise makes you look younger and still keeps you healthy.
That said, here are 3 exercises that helps to keep you younger.
- Chest lift/Spine twist
- Swan/Child pose
- Swimming/Thread-the-needle
Each of these exercises have their own input in the body. And their input helps protect the body from aging unnecessarily.
When our vuoro changes and we are feeling those changes, it is evident that a stage is coming where our aging stage begins, one of the things that will no longer be the same because at a certain age it will no longer do what it used to do before.
Vitamins are essential to maintain them not only when the aging stage arrives until before, just as exercises are very good and walking too.

Hello @benson6, hope you are feeling good today. After reading your entry, I can see that you are not scared of old age just like me. Also, we share similar concerns regarding the difficult health challenges that comes with it. The best way to handle such scenarios is to prepare for it, especially mentally.
Swimming is a good exercise to flex the muscles and avoid some difficulties such as nerve problems.

Aging is what we will all encounter in one way or the other but we pray not to end up in bad terms because the world is not Friendly at all.
Hello @benson6 hope your day is going well.Thanks for sharing about aging and its medical process. It's interesting to learn how our cells and organs change as we get older. Knowing that aging can start as early as our 20s or 30s is eye opening.
As for fears about aging I understand the concerns about losing abilities we once had. It's a mix of scary and intriguing to think about how our lives might change.
When it comes to nutrition, vitamins like B12 and D along with folate, can help slow down aging. And exercises like chest lifts swimming, and yoga poses can keep us looking and feeling young.

Aging is a natural and inescapable phenomenon that happens to people who are advanced in age. When the skin loses its elasticity and the bones begin to wear off, then aging has begin. To some people, It is an added advantage but it is a suffering period for other. This relied on how your adulthood was. You completely nailed down every points mentioned. Good luck on your post.
