Introduction
Good day to all my friends here.. am so greatful to be here.. Today is a nice and interesting day too, today contest is all about paralysis and I will explain everything I know about this problem. Wish everyone all the best
What is paralysis?
link
In my understanding and opinion I will define Paralysis as a medical problem cause by motor accident in a particular area of the body, which may result in a case that the users won’t be able to move or have control at the affected muscles. This can be caused by many factors, which include; injury, stroke, or even diseases which can affect the nervous system. Paralysis can move from a partial loss of movement to complete immobility, in this case the user won’t have any control over his or her body.. and this can even be temporary or permanent.
This Depend if the accident was serious, paralysis might be treated with physical therapy, medications, and even surgery. As time goes on, somebody with paralysis may get their movement back as time moves.. at the same time in the same case paralysis may be permanent😞.
Write about its types?
There are some types of paralysis, each with its own characteristics and causes. the include:
- Monoplegia:
This type of one only affects the limb, and it lead to an inability to move or even have control over the muscles in that particular limb. With this type called Monoplegia. It’s caused by some factors of injury which include, stroke, compression of the nerves in that affected limb.
- Hemiparesis:
This type of paralysis called Hemiparesis. This only affects one side of the human body and it lead to paralysis of the muscles in the damage side. This can caused by some problems which are stroke, traumatic brain injury, and even multiple sclerosis.
- Paraparesis:
Paraparesis do affects the both legs, leading to weakness or even paralysis of the human muscles at the lower extremities. It can only be caused by some conditions which include; spinal cord injury, stroke, or even many sclerosis.
- Quadriplegia:
Quadriplegia paralysis only affects all the four limbs, leading to bad movements or control over the muscles at the upper and even the lower extremities. This can be caused by problems which include spinal cord injury, stroke, and even traumatic brain injury.
- Diplegia:
Diplegia paralysis also affects both legs, leading in stiffness and difficulty trying to control the muscles at the lower extremities. It can be caused by some conditions such as cerebral palsy or even spina bifida.
All this type of paralysis has all its own different characteristics and can also be caused by different kind of factors.
How long it takes to recover from paralysis?
In my opinion recovering from paralysis, it really depend on the cause and even extent of the paralysis faced. In some situations recovery from paralysis may be fast while in some cases , it can take months or even many years to recover. For example, if paralysis is caused by a stroke, this type may take some months or even a year. Meanwhile, if paralysis is caused by a spinal cord injury or even accident, recovery may take so much time, sometimes with all this years waiting it might even be permanent.

Paralysis can move from a partial loss of movement to complete immobility. True! Diplegia is more dangerous than all. As long as it involves complete disfyntioning of parallel forces.
Paralysis as a medical problem cause by motor accident in a particular area of the body, which may result in a case that the users won’t be able to move or have control at the affected muscles. Very well define paralysis. I appreciate your knowledge. I like your blog. Its types and its treatment allover post is very informative. Best of luck for the contest.
