The important of living a healthy life is very essential to one life. This is because without health, there's no life. There's a saying health is wealth. This is quite true because a wealthy man without a good health is death. His just walking like a dead corpse. As such, we all need to make sure our health is in good state.

▪️Eating a balanced diet food plays a role in the development and growth of the body. It will nourish the body, making it strong, energetic, firm all the times. Most of the food act as a defense to the body by making unnecessary I'llness cannot harm or penetrate to the body system. In other words, I have try my very best to eat a correct proportion of a balanced food every week.

▪️Medicine also play a role in the body build up. Am currently taking one of the healthy drugs. Folic acid. This drug is very good to the body especially for the women. Is also good in this season that there's too much heat because of the hotness of the weather. The drug will help in suppressing the heat in the body, preventing rashes not to surface in the skin.

▪️Healthy living cannot be complete without water. The type of water we drink is also important. I do drink tape water and some time bottle water. Apart from water quenching my taste, it provide a balance in my body to keep my mind, soul refreshing.


▪️ Exercise gives the body the right fitness, balancing the body with a right amount of sugar by removing excess sugar through sweat during the exercise, thereby keeping it in a proper amount that will benefits the body. I do perform an exercise known as pelvic floor exercise.

▪️Relaxing after a day activities is good as well as it will provide a sound reasoning. It will keep your mental mind to be at rest, making it fresh to begin another day or activity with strength.

▪️ Tiredness is a normal thing that occur especially when you over work yourself. This happen to me as well and what I do to get rid of it, is by bathing warm water after my day work. This will relieve the pains, tiredness making me to regain back the strength.
