Hello everyone!
Hope you all are doing well and would enjoying the best days of your life. As usual, I'm again appeared in @Health steeem. And it really one of my favourite steem, because through this we can share health related tips which is really matter for healthy and happy life.
So, before going to share effective tips for boosting our immune system, I think first we should know what immune system is?
Systems in Human Being
As human beings have many systems like digestive system,respiratory system,circulatory system and so many others.As it is one of a special system is immune system.
Immune System
Immune system is one of a defence system, which provides protection to our body from pathogens(diseases causing agents) e.g virus, bacteria etc.
It is of two types.
1):Innate Immune System;
This include skin and mucous membrane. This system can not kill the pathogens while this system just try to stop the pathogens and not let them to enter our body. But some time it get fail and we have another immune system and that is called adaptive immune system.
2):Adaptive Immune System;
This system include White blood cells called lymphocytes more specifically B-cells and T-cells.These cells have ability to kill the pathogens and even they have a memory to remember a previous encounter.
So in short, immune system protect us from diseases.
Effective Tips To Boost Your Immune System
If you are interested to have a strong immune system, then follow the following tips.

1):Focus on your diet. Eat healthy food.It will boost your immune system.
2):Get 7-9 hours sleep at night.
3):Do exercise. It will regulate your blood in body which can help the cells involved in immune system to move in whole body.
4): Stay hydrated. Means drinks plenty of water a day.
5):Focus on hygiene. It will prevents pathogens to enter your body.
6):Avoid smoking and alcohol. It directly effect your immune system negatively.
7):Try to reduce your weight, if you are overweight.
8):Reduce the stress.
So, these are some tips that help you to boost your immune system. So try to make these tips a part of your life. I guaranty you that you will be a healthy one. Inshallah.
